Refund Policy

This policy applies to registrations for the Frontiers in DeFi Conference 2026.

Registration Fees

Conference registration fees grant access to the conference event and related activities as specified during ticket purchase.

Refunds

Participants may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the conference.
  • After this deadline, refunds may not be guaranteed due to event planning and fixed costs.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via our payment provider Stripe. Depending on the payment provider and bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend the conference, you may request a ticket transfer to another participant. Please contact us before the event.

Event Cancellation

If the conference is cancelled by the organizers, all participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Force Majeure

The organizers are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • government restrictions
  • public health emergencies
  • transportation disruptions
