  • Ticket type and registration details

This data is required to manage conference registrations and communication.

Registration and Ticketing

Conference registrations are handled through the ticketing platform Pretix.

Pretix processes registration data on our behalf in order to:

  • manage ticket purchases
  • issue confirmations
  • generate invoices
  • manage attendee lists

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Stripe may process payment data such as payment method information, billing address, and transaction details. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

Use of Data

Personal data is used exclusively for:

  • conference registration
  • communication with participants
  • issuing invoices and confirmations
  • organizing the conference event

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where necessary to provide the services described above.

Data Retention

Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above or as required by law.

Financial records may be retained longer to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
